The platform houses the FBAA Mentoring Program, a structured educational and training journey that guides participants (mentees) and positions them as productive, capable, and effective mortgage brokers. It provides your mentee with:

A coordinated approach and a framework to learn and develop skills

Hands-on, case study style activities that build a suite of implementation tools for use in real-world broking situations

Trainer and industry expert support to assist them directly

Submission points to confirm their progress and completion rate

Mentor sign off on their 2-year industry mentoring requirement
The FBAA Mentoring Platform provides approved mentors with oversight of the Program and access to tools and resources to work with your mentee, providing them with additional clarity and the benefit of your knowledge and wisdom.

For FBAA Accepted Mentors, you are required to utilise a digital platform as part of your mentoring program to ensure your mentee achieves the skills and knowledge to be a competent and responsible broker. The FBAA Mentoring Platform does this for you.

Mentee Program Enrolment - $330 (+GST) per month over 12 months per mentee
10% discount for upfront payment.

Mentor Platform Access - $400 (+GST) per annum
There is no additional platform access fee for multiple mentees
