Challenge and support the next generation of brokers to succeed with the FBAA Mentoring Program. 

 

As an FBAA Accepted Mentor, your mentoring program must include the elements necessary to ensure the mentee achieves the skills and knowledge to be a competent and responsible broker. 

 

The FBAA Mentoring Program will provide you with the tools and resources you need to work with and oversee your mentee effectively.

• A structured approach and a framework to help them meet the industry 2-year mentoring requirement

• Hands-on, case study style activities you can work with your mentee on

• Trainer and industry expert support in assisting the mentee directly

• Sign-off and submission points to confirm their progress and completion rate

Investment

• Mentee Program Enrolment - $3,600 (+GST) per mentee

Monthly payment options may be available.

​

• Mentor Program Access - $400 (+GST) per annum

There is no additional program access fee for multiple mentees
