Interpersonal relationships allow us to grow and develop as individuals, assist with our integration into teams and groups and have a lasting impact on the success we experience in our professional lives. The workplace relationships you have in a club can be difficult to develop and maintain as they test your knowledge of yourself and others and call upon interpersonal skills.

 

While the benefits of effective relationships are well known, how to strengthen team connections and maintain them takes effort. However, the time and energy spent is returned through efficient, happy team members and club growth via satisfied members, and less time spent managing conflicts!

 

During the webinar, we will cover the following:​

·     Drivers- the key elements and drivers that separate excellent club workspaces from merely good ones

·     Collaboration and Communication - ensure strategies and processes are in place so that information associated with the achievement of work responsibilities is shared with and "owned" by all co-workers.

·     Supporting the Team - supporting your team is a combination of encouragement, using appropriate communication styles and interpersonal skills along with leadership.
